| Approval Queues. Need to verify what goes out, before it goes out? Approval Queues can be enabled or disabled for any of your Twitter accounts and allows you or anyone you designate to have the ability to approve or deny a tweet before it hits the public. |
| Collision Warnings. Have you ever replied to someone's Tweet, only to find out that your coworker replied to it 10 seconds before you did, and now some awesome user got two replies from your Twitter account (making you look crazy to them in the process)? Socialping's Collision Warning System will show you instantly that someone is replying to that tweet, no action required on your part. We'll even show you who. Nifty, huh? |
| Tweet Assignment. If you don't want to have approval queues, but maybe you want to delegate specific tweets that need to be answered to a specific person on your account, you can use Socialping's Tweet Assignment feature. This feature allows you to assign tweets to specific users, and when they're done working with it, they mark it as complete. They get it removed from their dashboard, and you get a useful little email notification saying it's been done. Perfect for Tweets that require specialized work to be performed. |
| Tweet Notations. Anytime that you do something, or don't do something with a tweet, it might be helpful for your coworkers to know why. Now, if you want to, you can add a note to any Tweet and every other user in your Socialping account can see it. | Complete History. All replies to a Tweet are stored with that tweet. We also show you other actions, like if you've marked it as a favorite, retweeted it, assigned it to someone in your Socialping account or forwarded it to some random email address that you think should know about it. Complete history is a nice thing to have, and it's baked in, forever. |
